Seriously just wow. The kimchi spaghetti was fantastic. Everything tastes super fresh, super good, the pasta and bread was freshly baked. The marinara has sweet chunky tomatoes and is fantastic. Expect to spend between 14 to 18 bucks per person, but it is well worth it. Employees are very nice, place is immaculately clean, you can see into the kitchen and its clean and well organized. Give them a shot you won't be disappointed.

Great food. Gone a couple times now and have very much enjoyed the pasta and different combinations of sauces I’ve tried. I’ll be back again to try them all.

My partner and I tried the spicy garlic chili bulgogi pasta at Wow Spaghetti and omgggg it was fireeeeee 🔥 The cooks seriously delivered—everything from the flavor to the portion size was just perfect. Super rich, packed, and so satisfying. Our server was also really friendly, chill, and kind, which made the whole experience even better. Already thinking about when we’re going back 😭

Finally, a solution to the age-old dilemma – Do you want asian noodles, or Italian noodles tonight? Why not both? Enter Wow Spaghetti and an entire world of familiar and new, creative noodle/pasta options are available to you! I took my son (who, all you have to do is say the word "pasta" and he's in for whatever the experience is) for dinner one night. I had to try the Corn Cheese Pasta because I love all three of those things and if they're going to go ahead and put them all in one dish, I'm going to go ahead and give it a try. It was unique and pretty good. My son had spicy chili garlic pasta which he said was pretty good too. So there you have it, an Italian(ish) and Asian dish, both served to us at the same table. Genius! You have a lot of decisions to make (what kind of pasta, spice level, sauce you want in it...) The person who took our order (you order at the counter and then find a table and they'll bring you your food when it's ready) was very helpful in guiding those decisions, using her insight to let us know what other people have chosen and what is popular. Amazing good, amazing staff, a must stop if you are in Southern California or Santa Clarita. The pasta is made fresh and you can taste the difference. We got the creamy and dreamy with spaghetti and a sloppy Joe.
